Field Day Volunteers Needed

 Dear PTA Members,

Please fill this form out if you are available to help volunteer for Field Day. It is Monday, June 5th. The raindate is June 6th.

Please note a formal sign up will be sent to you once the school finalizes its field day plans and times are confirmed. We will need about 14 volunteers that day.

K-4 T-Shirt Sizes Needed

 

Dear K-4 Families, The PTA board would like to inform you that we are in a position to be able to provide T-shirts for EVERY student for Field Day. THANK YOU for your support this year! We need your help to make sure we have the correct size for your child. Please complete one form for each child who attends Cooper School. https://forms.gle/n1YctYG7TAgc33Vc9 If you are a 5th grade parent and wondering why we're not asking for your child's size, it's because we already have it!! :) Thank you for your attention!! Night of Cultures - May 17th 6:30pm

 Dear Cooper Families,

Here is the information/registration form for Cooper's 5th annual Night of Cultures on May 17th at 6:30pm.

Students received this form on GREEN paper. Forms are due on Friday, May 12th so the school can plan accordingly.

This is always a fun event and we encourage all families to participate!! There will also be a special DOOR PRIZE from the PTA for those families that attend!
